Care Instructions

After normal use:

1. Wipe clean
2. Wash with water, use mild soap if necessary.
3. Dry thoroughly, drying the board will lengthen time between oiling and extend the lifespan of your piece.

NEVER SOAK OR PLACE IN DISHWASHER

Maintenance:

• Oil board with Andy’s Bloc Juice, or another food grade mineral oil if the piece appears dull/dry or once every 3 months whichever occurs first.

 

• If the piece develops visible knife or other use marks that you wish to remove; sand lightly using fine grain sandpaper prior to applying Bloc Juice. *Attempt to sand entire surface evenly.
